I've been spray painting for over 20 years now and fortunate enough to do it full-time for twelve of those so far, which takes a lot of hard work, day in and day out.
But inevitably, over time, things around you change. Things can take an unexpected turn or even flip completely upside down*. And whilst I'm not one to explicitly explain my work, as I think you're more than capable of getting there yourself (or better yet, find your own meaning), I really like how the same shape in each piece comes with it's own challenges when it's at a different angle of rotation.
So if you love something enough, maybe like how much I love painting and making, you find a way. You persist and you carry on, no matter what shape life takes. And I think that's dope.
