One person’s rubbish is another person’s idea.

I enjoyed making the first set of these pieces so much, so I thought I'd make some more. The funny thing is that I tried skipping the cardboard stage and drawing it all on the computer from scratch. It was horrible.

None of the 'folds' or proportions felt right and each test took way too long to compose only to realize it was...meh. And yet when I went back to playing with actual cardboard, I had three great compositions within ten minutes!

There is something to be said for doing things by hand.
